Mmm... I wish I could say I understand all of that. It all sounds so impossible... I mean, like, I totally believe you, but it's so hard for me to wrap my head around it.

[When he thinks about it, it reminds him a lot of Mayoi's story. A dangerous place where many of them had been, including Niki, that he doesn't remember going to, a place where Mayoi is certain he must have died and yet here he is, alive and well... Niki can't even begin to understand what any of that means. Even if he was smarter and not low on calories, he's still sure he wouldn't understand it.]

But something like that... It's a little too much for one person to hold onto, isn't it? So, it might be a little too late for this, but if there's ever anything I can do for you...
