I figured it wouldn't hurt to ask, but does anyone here happen to know how to make a door? Or specialized weapons, 'cause the locals don't seem to quite know what I'm talking about when I mention a three-section staff to them. Of course, I'll help get whatever materials you may need or otherwise compensate you somehow.

On that note, I'm also looking for people interested in some friendly sparring. May as well keep ourselves sharp with all the danger out in the desert.

I can try for both, but it does depend. A door is much easier. As for a weapon, for you to have the exact weight and build, perhaps we will need to experiment if you do not have a set of instructions.

I am also willing to spar. I more commonly use spells to fight, but should improve my physical combat if you are willing to bear with me.

I'm not sure what the wood and metalworking here is like either, so we might need to experiment anyway. [ He sure wishes he had paid more attention back when someone was trying to instruct him on making his own staff, though. ]

And a long cane to help cast my spells, it's the length of a staff. As I always carry mine, it was with me when I appeared here.
