[Oh look, it's the garbageman again! He's...he's juggling hammers in front of the blacksmith shop! His straw hat's sitting on the ground in front of him, having already collected a few fanta caps in it from the locals. There's also a piece of silk lying near it?]
Come one, come all, to the Dragon's Claw Forge! Tools fixed, weapons made, whatever you want, they can do it! Care to come in? Or toss something to me, and I'll juggle it!
[As a side note, in case you're wondering, he washed the blood off his clothes somewhere between this and his earlier entrance. Still ripped though...]
